On September 19, 2020, the government filed their final reply briefs in both cases: (i) a reply brief in the summary judgement motion in the Transition tax lawsuit, and (ii) the reply brief in the motion to dismiss the GILTI tax lawsuit
I read both briefs and personally, I would be ashamed to submit such documents to the court. This case should have settled long ago.
Now we await the decisions of the judgements.
